Landscaping Labourer / Subcontractor – Coventry & Warwickshire

DNA Landscapes is a growing garden design and build company based in Coventry, creating professionally designed garden transformations across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, hard-working landscaping labourer working on a self-employed / subcontractor basis to support our team on upcoming landscaping projects.
A hands-on role
This is a practical, physical role working alongside our experienced landscapers across a variety of garden design and build projects.
You don’t need to be an experienced landscaper, but some previous experience in landscaping, construction, groundworks or another practical trade would be an advantage.
What matters most is your attitude. We’re looking for someone who turns up on time, works hard, listens and is willing to learn.
For the right person, it’s also a great opportunity to gain more experience across different areas of landscaping while working alongside an experienced team.

You’ll also be supporting our experienced landscapers with day-to-day tasks and helping keep every site clean, organised and safe. Our projects can involve everything from the initial groundwork through to the finishing stages of a complete garden transformation.
Who we’re looking for
You could be a good fit if you:
- Are reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Are comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work
- Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
- Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Take care when working around clients’ homes and gardens
- Keep a clean and organised work area
- Have some experience in landscaping, construction or groundworks – preferred but not essential
- Hold a full UK driving licence – preferred
